Return Info: If for any reason at all your bird wasn't blown away by the amazing item you bought simply call 800-829-2138. All you'll need to do is ask for a return authorization number and instructions. We need to know what items you are returning and the reason for the return. Don't worry, "Picky Bird" is a perfectly acceptable reason for a return! Items returned within the first 30 days will receive a full refund. Products returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products returned after 60 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Sorry, but we are unable to accept product returns after 90 days. Drop ship items may require a 15% restocking fee.
