Penny's 2018 Holiday Wish List
Hello all you beautiful birds! Can you believe it's almost Christmas? I recently received my copy of the Great Companions catalog and I couldn't believe all the wonderful things in there. All the toys and treats and more toys.
It's everybirdy's dream to be surrounded by all the newest toys! I've already ripped my favorite things out of the catalog and placed them where my parront will find them, but I thought you might want to know what I'm wishing for this year.
- Just thinking about the Catch of the Day toy makes me squawk with joy! It's the double whammy of bird toys. I can forage and shred it all at the same time. The perfect way to vent my frustration when the minions don't give me treats!
- I love my Tripod Travel Perch because it lets me perch just about anywhere in my kingdom! Plus, it's lightweight and durable and it even comes with a travel bag so your parronts will have every reason to take you everywhere! The perfect perch for any birdy.
- Let's switch gears to this next delectable treat. Seeds, veggies, and fruit?! It's the perfect mix of taste and textures and it's one of my favorite meals. If you're into well-balanced diets and being healthy, then you must get the Premier Parrot Bird Food. Added bonus – it's now free of peanuts to keep your risk of aspergillosis extra low!
- You can't get into the holiday spirit without this colorful holiday toy. The jingle of the bell and the feeling as I shred the red vine balls will make any bird happy. The Vine Mat Wreath is perfect for decking the halls and ringing the bells. Who wouldn't want to enjoy the most wonderful time of the year?
- The final item on my dream holiday wish list is a big no-brainer. PINE NUTS! I can't get enough of these sweet crunchy nuts. They're jam-packed with many health-promoting things, but the one reason why every bird needs these is for the crunch alone! The feeling of that sweet treat breaking in my beak just makes me so happy. You should definitely #treatyoself with these!
Remind your parronts that even though they may want to unwind during the holidays, us birds need to stick to our routines. Healthy, bird-safe foods and treats, adequate exercise, and plenty of sleep are very important for us.
