Love Your Bird: Ohia the Fid That Never Gives Up
I fell in love with Ohia (Lovebird) the day my husband and I found him/her abandoned at our regional park. Our baby was undernourished and suffered splayed legs. In three years, Ohia has proven to be a fighter and a motivator. Our baby requests daily kisses and demands that no one give up on life's difficult challenges. Ohia is a leader, a protector, and on a few occasions a "teddy bear."
